Help Get the app

Handling offers

Offers from all your apps show up in one list, each with its $ / hour and $ / mile worked out, so you can spot the good ones at a glance.

When an offer comes in

  • Tap Accept or Reject before the countdown ends.
  • Ignoring an offer counts as rejecting it. Just like in the gig app, both affect your acceptance rate.
  • With several offers, sort the list by Most recent, $ / Hour or Total fare.
  • Filters can accept or reject offers for you. See How filters work.

When you accept

  • Mystro opens the gig app so you can do the trip.
  • Your other apps go offline, so you don't get their offers mid-ride.
  • When the ride ends, Mystro takes them back online. To stop after this ride, check Stay offline when ride ends.

Common questions

Can I accept offers in the gig app instead?

It's better not to. Mystro may not notice, and could leave your other apps online.

The gig app still shows the offer after I accepted. Did it work?

Yes. The gig app can take a moment to catch up, even if its timer runs out.

Can I keep my other apps online during a ride?

Yes. In each app's settings, turn off Go offline during other rides.

What does Request Match mean?

It's a Trip Radar offer, sent to many drivers at once. Tap Request Match and the app picks who gets it. To hide these, turn on Ignore Trip Radar offers in the app's settings.
