How filters work
Set your filters once, and Mystro accepts the great offers and rejects the bad ones for you. It doesn't get you more offers: it checks the ones your apps already send you.
Zones
- Draw areas on a map, then pick when they count: Pickup, Destination, or both.
- Add them to auto-accept (only trips heading home) or auto-reject (never the airport).
Saved filter profiles
- Save your filters as a profile, like one for weekdays and one for nights. Tap Load to switch.
- Tap Share to send a profile as a link. Other drivers open it to add it to their Mystro.
Common questions
Does Mystro always check auto-accept first?
Yes. An offer that passes your auto-accept filters is accepted, even if it also matches an auto-reject filter.
Will my auto-reject filters still work?
Yes, on every offer auto-accept doesn't take: when auto-accept is off, or the offer misses an accept filter.
Does this affect my acceptance rate?
Yes. An offer Mystro rejects, or one you reject or ignore, counts the same as rejecting it in Uber, Lyft or any other app. It can lower your acceptance rate.
How do several filters combine?
Auto-accept needs every filter to pass. Auto-reject needs just one to match.
What if I turn one on with no filters?
Auto-accept with no filters accepts every offer. Auto-reject with no filters rejects every offer that wasn't auto-accepted.
Why was an offer neither accepted nor rejected?
Filters use “more than” and “less than.” With accept at fare more than $15 and reject at fare less than $15, a $15 offer matches neither, so it's shown to you.
Are filters the same for every app?
No. Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, DiDi and Bolt each have their own auto-accept and auto-reject filters.
What can I filter on?
Fare Total Pay Surge Bonus Surge Multi $ / Hour $ / mi User Rating Pickup ETA Pickup Distance Trip Time Total Distance Ride Type Zone Stacked Ride Tags
It depends on the app. Ride Type and Stacked Ride are Uber and Lyft only, and each app has its own tags, like Multiple Stops or Long Trip.
When does Mystro act on offers?
Only while you're online in Mystro and the app is running. The background is fine; force-closing the app stops it.
