Refund policy

Mystro is a subscription. You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again after that. This page explains when we refund a charge and how to ask.

Where you bought Mystro decides who handles the refund

Bought on mystrodriver.com

Purchases on our website are processed by our payment partner, Paddle, who appears on your statement and issues the refund to your original payment method.

Refunds usually reach your card within 5–10 business days. You can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net with the email on your receipt.

Bought on the App Store (iPhone)

Apple processes all App Store payments and refunds; we can't issue these ourselves. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides under its own policy.

Bought on Google Play (Android)

Within 48 hours of a charge you can request a refund from Google Play. After that, email us and we'll review it under the same terms as website purchases.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@mystrodriver.com with "Refund request" in the subject, the phone number or email you used to sign up, and the date of the charge. We reply within 2 business days.

If you're thinking of disputing a charge with your bank, please email us first — a dispute takes weeks to resolve, while a refund from us takes days.

How to cancel

Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't refund the current period unless one of the cases above applies.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer laws where you live, including any statutory right to cancel a digital purchase.
