Quick Start Guide

Ready to get on the road? Have a look at this this handy guide to get Mystro all set up.
SET UP
Sign Up
1. SIGN UP for Mystro by TAPPING the Sign Up button.

You can SIGN UP via social media...

3.
...or you can SIGN UP using your full name, email address / password.

NOTE:
IF you sign up via social media you will be required to log in via social media going forward.

TAP Sign Up With Email button.
Log In
1. TAP the Log In button in order to log in.

2.
 If you originally signed up for Mystro via social media (Google or Facebook) you must log in using  social media going forward.

3.
If you previously registered for Mystro with email / password you must log in using email /password going forward.

TAP Log In button.

5.
If you have forgotten your password TAP Forgot Password?.
Phone Verification
1. ENTER your phone number.

2. TAP Send Verification Code button. A verification code will be sent to your phone via text message.

3.
ENTER your verification code.

4.
Your verification will be processed.
Privacy Warning
You must agree to allow Mystro access to your accessibility service so that we can automate switching between apps and auto accepting trips.

1. TAP I Agree.
Accessibility Service
We use the accessibility service to interact with rideshare apps on your behalf.

1. TAP the Turn On Accessibility button.

2. Scroll down and SELECT Mystro Accessibility Service.

3. TOGGLE switch to ON position.

4. You’ll see an Accessibility Service warning dialogue. TAP OK.

NOTE: If you get a “Screen Overlay Detected” dialogue message follow these instructions.

NOTE: If you are not taken to the Mystro app, restart your device and then repeat these steps.

NOTE: You may be prompted for a pin code when you enable the accessibility service. If so, enter the pin code you use to unlock your phone.
Overlay Settings
We use overlay settings to display banners when a trip is ignored.

1. TAP Enable Overlays button.

2. SELECT the Mystro app from the list (if needed) and TOGGLE Apps that can appear on Top / Screen Overlay switch to ON position.

3. TAP the Back Arrow and confirm that the Screen Overlay permission is ON. Otherwise repeat steps 2 and 3.

4. Launch the Mystro app when done.‍
Notification Settings
We use notification settings to suppress unwanted notifications from rideshare apps.

1. TAP the Enable Notifications Settings button.

2. TOGGLE the Mystro Notification Service to the ON position.

3. If you are presented with a "notification confirmation" dialogue screen, TAP Allow / OK.
Location Access
We use location access to display your location on our home screen.

1. TAP Enable Location Access.

2. TAP Allow.
DRIVE
Home Screen
Congratulations! You have  arrived at the home screen.

1. TAP Drive Now button to bring your rideshare apps online.

NOTE: You must be logged into your rideshare apps in order for Mystro to bring them online.
Preferences: Car Type
Select type of car you drive with. This will hide unneeded rideshare services from your preferences
Preferences: Primary App
1. Select the rideshare app you'd like to use as your Primary App.

2. TAP Select to confirm your chosen rideshare app as the Primary App
Preferences: Switching Time
1. Set the number of minutes you will tolerate being idle with your primary app before switching your second app(s) online.
Preferences: Auto Accept & Customization
1. Enable auto accept for your desired services.

2. Customize auto accept for each service

3. Minimum Surge - Allows you to filter out trips that don't meet your surge filter setting.

4. Minimum Pax Rating - Allows you to filter out passengers with poor ratings.

5. Minimum Time to Pax Pick-up - Allows you to set how much time you are willing to spend driving to a pick-up.

6. Long trip - Allows you to filter Uber and Lyft long trip requests (+45 min)

NOTE: It is very important to understand that Mystro does not suppress trips. Mystro automatically accepts trips based on the preferences you set.

If you choose not to accept a filtered request your rating with the rideshare apps will be affected accordingly.


TROUBLESHOOTING
Screen Overlay / Draw Over Settings
1. If you get a "Screen overlay detected" dialogue screen TAP Open Settings.

2. Turn off Display Over Other Apps for all apps listed.

3. Use this method to TOGGLE every app in the list to the OFF position.

4. TAP Turn On Accessibility.

NOTE: If you are not taken to the Mystro app, restart your device and then repeat these steps.

NOTE: You may be prompted for a pin code when you enable the accessibility service. If so, enter the pin code you use to unlock your phone.

Head back to Overlay Settings to continue the onboarding process.
Draw Over.m
