Account & Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Mystro account and any associated personal data at any time. We comply with all applicable data privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA.
How to Request Deletion
To request account and data deletion, fill out our account deletion request form. Use the email address associated with your Mystro account so we can verify the request.
What Gets Deleted
- Your Mystro account and login credentials
- Personal information you provided (name, email, phone)
- App usage history and preferences
- Any saved trip data or filters
Data Retention
Some data may be retained for a limited time to comply with legal, financial, or regulatory obligations (such as transaction records). Aggregated, anonymized data may also be retained for analytics purposes.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
